Cancellation and returns policy

At StainlessSteelSet.com, we pride ourselves in carrying quality stainless steel cookware sets and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order.


Order Cancellations and Non-Deliverable Orders

If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email to Customer Service. We can only cancel orders before we have start processing them. If your order is returned to us undeliverable or refused, a refund is issued upon return less original freight charges, return freight charges and a 25% restocking fee.


How to Return Orders

Please request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing Customer Service. For the fastest service, please include your invoice number. No returned products will be processed without prior authorization from our office.

Customers returning items which are not damaged are responsible for paying return shipping for the returned items. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping arrangements are your responsibility. A 25% restocking fee is charged on non-defective merchandise. All goods purchased on sale or on discount are non exchangeable and non refundable. 

To qualify for a refund the product must be unused and show no wear. o If a product has been used even if it was only one time, it cannot be returned.
Return the product in the original product box inside an adequate shipping box and include a copy of the packing slip. Goods received in a condition that does not allow them to be resold will not be exchanged or refunded. We must RECEIVE the package within 20 days from purchase date. Refunds are only issued once we have received the merchandise. If you need assistance please email Customer Service. Markdown items are unable to be returned.


Damaged Claims

We will gladly replace any defective or damaged items. Inspect your merchandise upon arrival, If a product arrives damaged, StainlessSteelSet.com must be notified immediately. Damage claims will not be honored if reported past 5 days of delivery. Once we are notified, a claim will be placed with the corresponding shipping company. Once the claim has been resolved, the product will need to be sent back and a replacement will be sent out. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping arrangements are your responsibility. If a product is returned and you would like to get a refund, you will be refunded for the cost of the item less original freight charges, return freight charges and a 25% restocking fee.

To process your claim, please contact Customer Service in order to fill out a Damage Claim Form. Please note that damage claims must be submitted all at once. We will not replace or refund more than once per invoice. Do not discard any packaging or paperwork. All damaged claims will require an emailed photo of the damage. Once we have received the merchandise, photo, and filled form, we will ship a replacement. Please note this process takes approximately 3-4 weeks.


Freight shipping

All freight orders must be inspected BEFORE accepting the shipment.   If damage is not discovered or noted and a shipment is accepted and signed for then StainlessSteelSet.com is not responsible for replacing the product. Signing for a shipment without noting damage on the Bill of Lading is stating that the shipment was free from damage and in perfect condition. All Freight deliveries must be inspected, no matter how large the order or product is. There are no exceptions to this policy.
